This letter is to advise anyone who may be looking to buy a property in the Denver area that they should consider the real estate services of Loretta Schwankl. As a testimonial, I will share our story that happened just several months ago, and Loretta proved to be a true heroine, a “deal saver.”
My husband and I were trying to help our daughter buy her first home and I called Loretta and asked her to show her some in a certain price range and area. She did and our daughter found one she loved. The next step was to negotiate the price, get an inspection, get financing, and set a date for closing. Without going into a very long-drawn out story, our lender proved a disaster and presented roadblocks on two of the three dates set for closing. Just prior to the third date, the lender came back with messed up information yet again and we frantically contacted Loretta. She came to our rescue with some suggestions and recommendations that proved to be invaluable. We ended up changing lenders--the new lender did everything meticulously and the house closed within a week. Loretta’s sage advice was amazing!
In short, the next time we’re looking for a property in the Denver area (and we plan to do so within the next year), we will definitely go right back to Loretta.
